This position will be hired at an annual salary of $120,000–$150,000 and will include discretionary bonuses at the end of tax season and at the end of the year. Bonuses typically range from $10,000–$25,000 depending on performance. Extra time or overtime is not paid with regard to the position due to the bonus availability.
Active CPA license required. 5+ years of public accounting experience with a focus on tax. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; Master’s in Taxation preferred.
Strong knowledge of federal and state tax code, proficiency with tax preparation software, excellent client communication, and the ability to manage multiple engagements simultaneously.
Clear path toward Senior Manager and Partner roles for high performers, with mentorship and continuing education support.
Position is based in our Dallas office. Occasional travel to client sites may be required during peak periods.
